Ben Koetje serves as Vice President, Small Commercial and Personal Lines at Ironpeak. Prior to joining Ironpeak, he spent more than 16 years with The Hartford, where he managed key national distribution partnerships within small commercial. Ben works closely with carrier partners and the Ironpeak team to strengthen personal lines and small commercial relationships, drive growth, and support the organization's continued success.
