As CEO and President of Ironpeak, Laurie brings to the operation over 30 years of managing the financial and organizational aspects of Ironpeak along with her years of service in brand management at Procter &  Gamble. Laurie is a lifelong long learner having earned 3 graduate degrees (Business Administration from Dartmouth’s Tuck School; English from Middlebury’s Breadloaf School of English; History from St. Bonaventure) and a Ph.D. in Management from Case Western. Laurie constantly pushes to improve the organization in all areas using best practices and an evidence-based management approach to keep Ironpeak on the cutting edge as a company.

Working from the Philadelphia area, Amy supports Managing Partners across the country as they build relationships with carrier partners. Amy’s earlier experience as a regional manager and then managing partner for Ironpeak provides Amy with a unique and valuable perspective on how to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships between Member Agencies and carrier partners. Amy is passionate about service to Members Agencies and leads the Customer Experience cross-functional team at Ironpeak.

Hired in 1985 as the first Ironpeak regional manager, Matt has been instrumental in expanding Ironpeak beyond its home state of New York. Matt’s unique position straddling the field and home office worlds makes him an invaluable resource to both. Matt serves as an executive officer and leads four regions - Ironpeak Northeast, Ironpeak Mid-Atlantic Group, Ironpeak Midwest, and Ironpeak South – as a managing partner. Matt oversees carrier partner relationships and field operations. Innovation and commitment to the independent agency channel have defined Matt’s insurance career. As VP of Operations, Rob is responsible for the overall departmental structure and health of Ironpeak's Home Office. Rob endeavors to provide a healthy environment that facilitates teamwork and inspires critical thought and discussion with the goal of generating entrepreneurial ideas. This effort has resulted in a complete reimagining of Ironpeak's internal systems and structure. He continues to strive to find innovative ways Ironpeak can deliver its Members the custom and flexible experience they need.  Rob joined Ironpeak in 2013 after receiving his BA in Fine Arts at ST. Bonaventure University. Since then, he has worked on many teams, from commissions to legal to marketing.

As VP of Finance of Ironpeak, Chris oversees all the financial functions of the company, including accounting, planning and financial reporting. He consistently works to improve the financial systems and processes throughout the organization to help provide a better Member experience. After graduating from St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Finance, Chris joined the Ironpeak accounting team and worked in various other areas of the company providing him the skills necessary for his current role.
