Ironpeak leaned on insurance industry veteran Bob Stallings to expand into the Southwest. Starting in Arizona and then quickly expanding into neighboring states, the region has grown to 349 proudly independent Members served by an eight-member field team dedicated to finding win-win-wins for our Members and our carrier partners. Our Southwest region is home to the Big Five deserts in the U.S. Working with less than 10 inches of rain per year, desert plants and animals are experts at making the most of what they have available. Did you know cacti can store up to 1000 gallons of water and go up to a year without rain?
