Valerie is the Business Support Administrative Manager at Ironpeak Southwest, where she leverages over two decades of experience in marketing to support the managing partner and regional managers. Her background includes 11 years leading digital marketing initiatives at a major wholesale florist, complemented by 25 years of successful small-business ownership. Known for her analytical expertise and problem-solving abilities, Valerie streamlines processes, generates insightful reports, and helps drive greater efficiency in service and sales. Her commitment to fostering productive collaborations makes Valerie an invaluable resource for both clients and colleagues at Ironpeak Southwest.

Dave recently joined Ironpeak South in a new role as regional vice president focusing on the states of Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Florida.. He is a 22-year industry veteran having previously served in leadership roles in the Southeast with Utica National and Main Street America. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of North Florida and Florida State University. Dave lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife and three children.

Wendy brings to her new role at Ironpeak more than 20 years of insurance experience with multiple national and regional carriers including Hanover, Berkshire Hathaway Guard and State Auto. She also brings extensive knowledge of agency management, operations, and sales from her time at a local independent agency. Wendy’s diverse insurance background enhances her ability to help Member Agencies organically grow their revenue, profits and agency value. She is a Clemson graduate with a degree in Finance and Accounting.

David’s Prudential Insurance experience, followed by over 20 years of leadership roles in marketing, sales management, and strategic planning, prepared him to manage Ironpeak's fast growing South region. David works closely with his regional managers to provide the best that Ironpeak has to offer their members. His passion is to deliver the full Ironpeak Value Proposition to every Ironpeak member.
