Project Manager
Teresa Weston, AU, began her career at Liberty Mutual after graduating summa cum laude with a BS in Business Management degree from Oregon State University. She worked in claims, underwriting, sales resources, and corporate marketing before joining the Ironpeak team in 2022 as a project manager for the Midwest, Northwest and South Central regions. An analyst and problem solver at heart, Teresa strives to identify gaps and develop solutions to best serve Ironpeak Members through process improvement, communications and data tools.

Ken’s leadership positions in underwriting and sales with Nationwide, Fireman’s Fund, Liberty Mutual, and Encompass were perfect preparation for his new role as Regional Vice President supporting our Members and carrier partners in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. In addition, he is working to develop the Northwest states for Ironpeak, with an initial focus on Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and the Dakotas.
